Defensive end Montez Robinson of Avon, Indiana (Avon H.S.) has given a verbal commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs for 2009. Robinson, the 18th recruit to commit to Georgia, was recruited by Jon Fabris and Rodney Garner.

Montez Robinson (6-5, 235, 4.59) had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville and Purdue. Rivals.com rates Robinson as a 4-star recruit, the no. 8 strongside defensive end and no. 191 in the 2009 Rivals.com Rivals250.
