The Georgia Bulldogs, the no. 6 seed, will face the no. 3 seed Ole Miss Rebels in the 2009 SEC Baseball Tournament on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. In their second game on Thursday, the Diamond Dawgs will face either no. 2 seed Florida or no. 7 seed Arkansas.

Georgia (35-20, 15-15 SEC) was swept by the South Carolina Gamecocks this weekend in their final regular season series. The Dawgs are sputtering into the tournament having lost 13 of their last 17 games. During that stretch, UGA was swept by Florida (at home)and South Carolina and lost twice to Jacksonville State.
