Wide Receiver Michael Bennett Commits to Georgia

The Bulldogs have received their 7th commitment for 2010, this one from wide receiver Michael Bennett. Bennett plays for Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Tony Ball and Mike Bobo were his primary recruiters.
Bennett (6-3, 186, 4.55) verbally committed to the Dawgs over offers from Air Force, Akron, Central Michigan, East Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Southern Miss, Syracuse, Troy, Wisconsin and UAB.
Last season, Bennett had 22 catches for 533 yards and 5 touchdowns. Rivals.com ranks Bennett as a 3-star recruit and the no. 68 wide receiver in the country.

Looks like a Kris Durham type, tall with decent speed and good hands. We have been lacking in tall receivers!
