Georgia Ranked 13th in Preseason AP Top 25 Football Poll

The 2009 preseason AP Top 25 Football Poll has been released and the Georgia Bulldogs are ranked 13th. The Dawgs received 714 points, 32 points behind 12th ranked California. Georgia is also ranked 13th in the USA Today Top 25 Poll.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys, Georgia’s first opponent of 2009, are 9th in the AP Poll.

The Top 10 of the Associated Press Poll is listed below (SEC teams in bold):

  1. Florida
  2. Texas
  3. Oklahoma
  4. USC
  5. Alabama
  6. Ohio State
  7. Virginia Tech
  8. Ole Miss
  9. Oklahoma State, Penn State (Tie)

    Georgia should be ranked higher.AND they got a very hard sechdule for two years in arow. Just look at the gators its a joke.But coach Richt will have them ready to play. They will beat the gators and knock them out of a national title.
