![]()
Thursday is Thanksgiving, but Saturday is Clean Old-Fashioned Hate! The struggling Georgia Bulldogs will travel to face the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. The game will be televised by ABC (regionally) and ESPN2 at 8:00 p.m. ET (Buy Tickets).
Georgia (6-5, 4-4 SEC) limps into the game after an embarrassing defeat at home against Kentucky. Meanwhile, the Yellow Jackets (10-1, 7-1 ACC) enjoyed the week of for some rest and extra planning.
Tech has already sealed their trip to the ACC Championship game in Tampa and will face the Clemson Tigers. At stake for Georgia is, of course, pride and a win over their in-state rival. But they can also send the Jackets to Florida on a sour note.
The Bulldogs lead the overall series against the Yellow Jackets 59-39-5. Georgia Tech defeated the Dawgs last year in Athens 45-42.
Inside the numbers:
- Georgia leads the series against Tech 59-39-5.
