Georgia’s Trey Thompkins has been named to the 2010 All-SEC First Team by the Associated Press. Last week, Thompkins was named First Team All-SEC by the league’s coaches.

Thompkins is the first Bulldog named to the AP first team since Jarvis Hayes in 2002 and 2003.

The complete 2010 Basketball AP All-SEC First Team is listed below:

• DeMarcus Cousins, Kentucky
• John Wall, Kentucky
• Jarvis Varnado, Mississippi State
• Devan Downey, South Carolina
