The Georgia Bulldogs and Colorado Buffaloes have scheduled a home-and-home basketball series in 2010 and 2011, CUBuffs.com has reported.
Georgia will host Colorado at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens on November 16, 2010. The Bulldogs will travel to face Colorado in Boulder in 2011. The exact date will not be determined until next year.
The Buffaloes finished the 2009-10 season 15-16 overall and 6-10 in the Big 12. Colorado was 13-3 at home, but only 2-10 on the road. According to KenPom, their final RPI was 86.
Georgia and Colorado have played six times overall and first met in the 1991 Mile High Classic in Boulder. Colorado won that game 69-58, but the Bulldogs lead the overall series 4-1.
A win over Colorado in Boulder in 2002 was vacated due to NCAA sanctions incurred during the Jim Harrick era.
