UGA RB Caleb King Suspended Two Games

SicEmDawgs.com

UGA running back Caleb King has been suspended two games by head coach Mark Richt, the school announced today.

King was arrested early Monday morning after Athens Police discovered that he had a bench warrant from Walton County for failure to appear in court. King received a speeding citation on June 20 and was supposed to appear on August 6.

Washaun Ealey will likely get the start in King’s absence and Carlton Thomas could see a few more snaps.

There’s also a possibility that true freshman Ken Malcome could see the field, which would bypass his redshirt season.
