Safety Nick Glass commits to Georgia for 2014
Nick Glass, a safety from Atlanta, committed to the Georgia Bulldogs yesterday. He is the 2nd commitment for the Dawgs for the class of 2014.
Glass (6-1, 196, 4.49) plays for St. Piux X. School. He committed to UGA over offers from several top schools, including Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Oklahoma State and Tennessee.
“I just liked everything I saw there,” Glass told UGASports.com. “I really like what the coaches are doing there. I think Coach (Todd) Grantham is a great coach that has had success not only at Georgia but in the NFL. He did a great job helping them win the SEC east and get to the SEC Championship game. He is a great coach.”
Glass joins Georgia’s other 2014 commitment Stanley Williams, who committed to the Dawgs last summer at Dawg Night.
