This evening, the 7th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs host the South Carolina Gamecocks at Sanford Stadium in Athens. The game will be televised by ESPN at 6pm ET.
Georgia is 2-0 (1-0 SEC) this season after defeating ULM 51-14 in the season opener and winning 31-14 at Vanderbilt last week.
The Bulldogs are 47-18-2 all-time against the South Carolina Gamecocks, but have dropped four of the last five meetings. UGA did beat the Gamecocks in their last meeting in Athens in 2013 (41-30), but fell on the road last season 38-35.
Under head coach Mark Richt, Georgia is 8-6 against South Carolina.
Junior Greyson Lambert will again get the start at quarterback for the Bulldogs, but Richt also said they hope to get Brice Ramsey and Faton Bauta some playing time.
