Georgia To Open Against East Tennessee State In 2007 Rainbow Classic In Honolulu, Hawaii

Hawaii Basketball head coach Bob Nash announced the pairings for the 2007 Rainbow Classic yesterday. The Georgia Bulldogs will open against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers on Thursday, December 20, 2007.

The Rainbow Classic will be played at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Georgia defeated Maryland in the final to win the tournament in 1996. In 2001, the Dawgs fell to the Hawaii Rainbows 54-44 in the title game.
