Point guard J.J. Frazier and shooting guard Juwan Parker have signed national letters-of-intent to play for the Georgia Bulldogs, head coach Mark Fox has announced.
Frazier (5-9, 160) currently attends Faith Baptist Christian Academy in Ludowici, GA. Last season, he averaged 26.2 points, 4.9 assists, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.1 steals per game.

2013 shooting guard Juwan Parker of Tulsa, OK (Booker T. Washington) has verbally committed to Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs.
Parker (6-5, 200) is rated by Rivals.com as a 3-star recruit, the no. 15 shooting guard, and no. 117 in the 2013 Rivals150. Scout.com also rates him 3-stars and the no. 30 shooting guard.
Georgia won Parker’s commitment over Memphis and Stanford.

Houston Kessler, a 2012 forward from Fairburn, GA (Landmark Christian), has signed a letter of intent to play for the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Kessler name is a familiar one to UGA basketball fans. Houston’s father, Chad Kessler, and his uncle, the late Alec Kessler, both played for the Bulldogs under Hugh Durham. Chad played from 1984-87 while Alec played from 1987-90.

Five-star basketball recruit Tony Parker is set to make his official announcement on Monday, April 23.
Parker will choose between Duke, Georgia, Kansas, Ohio State and UCLA. However, most people believe Parker is 50-50 between Georgia and UCLA.
If Mark Fox can sign Tony Parker, it would be a shot in the arm to the Georgia basketball program.

Tony Parker, a top-rated basketball recruit, is “likely” to visit Georgia again before signing his letter of intent, the AJC has reported.
Parker has narrowed his list of schools to Duke, Georgetown, Georgia, Kansas, Memphis, Ohio State and UCLA. Although Parker hasn’t announced a leader, most pundits believe Duke, Kansas and UCLA are at the forefront with Georgia trailing slightly.

On Wednesday, Georgia basketball head coach Mark Fox announced the signing of three in-state recruits: Kenny Gaines, Charles Mann and Brandon Morris.
Gaines (6-4, 190) plays for Whitefield Academy in Smyrna. As a junior, he averaged 20.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 assist. Center John Cannon has given a verbal commitment to Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs. Cannon is the fifth 2010-11 commitment for the Hoop Dawgs.
Cannon (6-11, 230) plays for Mountain Heritage High School in Burnsville, North Carolina. He committed to UGA over offers from Northwestern, Old Dominion and a walk-on spot at North Carolina.
As a senior at Mountain Heritage, Cannon averaged 22 points, 12.5 rebounds and 7.5 blocks per game.

Power forward Nemanja Djurisic has signed his Letter of Intent to attend UGA and play for Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs. Djurisic committed to UGA back in March.

Though Djurisic originally hails from Podgorica, Montenegro, he played the 2010-11 season at the South Kent School in South Kent, Conn. In his lone season there, the 6-8, 230-pound forward averaged 20.1 points and 10.3 rebounds per game for the Cardinal, which went 18-14.

JUCO center John Florveus has signed a national letter of intent to play for Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs. He is the first recruit to sign with UGA during the early signing period, which began today and runs through Wednesday, November 17.
Florveus (7-0, 215) graduated from Dunbar High School in Fort Myers, Florida and currently plays for Hillsborough Community College in Tampa Bay. He signed with the Dawgs over offers from Iowa State, Marshall, UTEP and Washington State.

Five-star shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell has committed to Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs. Caldwell is the second 2010-11 commitment for the Hoop Dawgs. Nick Marshall committed to UGA in June, but will play on a football scholarship.
The commitment of Caldwell is huge for the Georgia basketball program, which is slowly on the rise once again. Mark Fox has proven his wares on the court, and has now shown that he can attract big-time talent to Athens.
