‘Russ’ will serve as the UGA mascot for the Georgia Tech game and possibly the bowl game, the school announced today. Russ, 5 years old, is the half-brother of UGA VII, who died on November 19. Former Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Buck Belue is recovering from Bell’s Palsy, the AJC has reported. Belue is co-host of 680 The Fan’s afternoon radio show with John Kincade.
