Georgia vs. Florida 2007 in Jacksonville

It's that time of year again. The Georgia Bulldogs will travel to Jacksonville to face the Florida Gators on Saturday, October 27, 2007. The game, formerly known as The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, will be televised by CBS at 3:30 pm EST. The Gators have dominated the series of late, beating the Dawgs 15 of the last 17 times. But UGA still leads the overall series 46-37-2.

Mark Richt and the Georgia Bulldogs will be looking for a way to stop Florida quarterback Tim Tebow and the Gator spread offense. The young Bulldogs have struggled on defense this year and need to contain the Gators as much as possible.

True sophomore quarterback Matthew Stafford and redshirt freshman tailback Knowshon Moreno will anchor the Georgia offense this year. Also making the trip to Jacksonville is true freshman running back Caleb King. King, who has not played this year, may be needed since senior running backs Thomas Brown and Kregg Lumpkin are out with injuries.
