Georgia Hoops Signs Three During Fall 2007 Signing Period

Wednesday, November 14 marked the first day of the 2007-08 early signing period, and the Georgia Bulldogs signed three highly-ranked players. Dennis Felton and the Dawgs received Letters of Intent from power forward Howard Thompkins, guard Dustin Ware and forward Drazen Zlovaric.

Thompkins (6-8, 225), is from Lithonia, Georgia and plays for Wesleyan High School. Last year at Oak Hill Academy, Thompkins averaged 15.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He is rated as the 10th best power forward and 30th overall recruit by Rivals.com.

Ware (6-0, 155), is from Powder Springs, Georgia and plays for North Cobb Christian High School. As a Junior, Ware averaged 17.2 points and 7.3 assists per game. He is rated as the 34th best point guard and 141st overall recruit by Rivals.com.

Zlovaric (6-8, 205) is from Weston, Florida and plays for Sagemont High School. He is originally from Novi Sad, Serbia. As a Junior, Zlovaric averaged 21 points and 11 rebounds per game. He is rated as the 40th best power forward by Rivals.com.
