On Tuesday, Manning, South Carolina defensive end Dexter Morant committed to the Georgia Bulldogs. UGA now has 15 verbal commitments for 2009.
Morant (6-7, 240, 4.9) committed to the Dawgs over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
Rivals.com ranks Burrows as a 4-star recruit and the no. 16 strongside defensive end in the country. Scout.com ranks him as a 3-star recruit and the no. 36 defensive end in the country.
