2012 SEC Baseball Tournament Bracket

The no. 8 seed Georgia Bulldogs will face the no. 5 seed Vanderbilt Commodores in the first round of the 2012 SEC Baseball Tournament in Hoover, Alabama. The complete bracket was announced yesterday.

Georgia and Vanderbilt will play on Tuesday, May 22 following the completion of the Florida-Auburn game which begins at 5:30 p.m. ET.

If Georgia beats Vandy, they will face South Carolina on Wednesday, May 23. A loss will put them in the losers bracket against the loser of the Florida-Auburn game on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. ET.

All of Georgia’s games will be televised by CSS and ESPN3 except the championship game if they make it that far. That game is Sunday, May 27 at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2 & ESPN3.

The Diamond Dawgs lost 2-of-3 games this weekend to Alabama and finished the regular season 31-24 overall and 14-15 in the SEC.
