UGA remains at 6th in Coaches Poll, drops to 8th in AP

The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated Southern University 48-6 on Saturday, have remained at 6th in the Amway Coaches Poll and have dropped one spot to 8th in the AP Poll for Week 5.

Georgia received 1,256 points in the Coaches Poll, which is six less than last week. In the AP Poll, UGA received 1,147 points, down 15 points from Week 4. UCLA moved in front of Georgia to No. 7.

Georgia’s next game is Saturday, Oct. 3 at home against the No. 13 Alabama Crimson Tide (3:30pm ET, CBS).
