Time set for Georgia-Vanderbilt game on October 7

Georgia’s game in Nashville against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday, Oct. 7 will be televised by ESPN, ESPN2 or the SEC Network at Noon ET, the conference has announced.

Vanderbilt upset Georgia in Athens 17-16 last season. The two schools have split the last four games in the series, but Georgia still possesses a commanding lead in the series at 55-20-2.

The Bulldogs have played Appalachian State and Mississippi State on ESPN, Notre Dame on NBC, and Samford on the SEC Network (alternate). UGA travels to Tennessee this weekend, and the game is set for 3:30pm ET on CBS.

Kickoff and television for the Georgia-Florida game in Jacksonville on Oct. 28 was previously set for 3:30pm ET on CBS.

Georgia’s remaining kickoff times will be announced 6-12 days prior to the date of the game.
