College football rankings: UGA moves up for Week 8

The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated Missouri 53-28 on Saturday, have moved up in the college football rankings for Week 8.

Georgia moved up one spot to 3rd in the AP Poll and two spots to 3rd in the Coaches Poll.

The Bulldogs received 1,417 points in the AP Poll, which is 90 more than they received in the Week 7 poll. In the Coaches Poll, UGA received 1,450 points, up 70 points from last week.

Georgia’s next game is Saturday, Oct. 28 against the Florida Gators at EverBank Field in Jacksonville. The game is set for 3:30pm ET on CBS.
