UGA Football Signing Day 2018 updates

Wednesday, February 7 is National Signing Day! Kirby Smart and UGA football are expected to sign several top 2018 recruits.

Georgia’s 2018 class is currently ranked 1st by 247Sports, Rivals, and ESPN (as of Feb. 7).

The Bulldogs have two commitments that are expected to sign on Wednesday: 3-star DT Jordan Davis (9:00am ET) and 3-star DT Tramel Walthour (10:30am ET).

The Dawgs are hoping to land some more big-time uncommitted targets on signing day. Below are the recruits and the time they are expected to announce (all times Eastern):

• Mario Goodrich (4* WR/CB) – 8:30am
  UPDATE: Goodrich committed to Clemson.
• Tyson Campbell (5* CB) – 10:00am, ESPNU
  UPDATE: Campbell committed to UGA!
• Otis Reese (4* OLB) – 10:00am
  UPDATE: Reese committed to UGA!
• Quay Walker (4* OLB) – 11:00am
  UPDATE: Walker committed to UGA!
• Tommy Bush (4* WR) – 11:45am, ESPN2
  UPDATE: Bush committed to UGA!
• Rick Sandidge (4* DT) – 2:30pm
  UPDATE: Sandidge committed to South Carolina.

7:00am – Awaiting first signee of the day.

9:02am – No recruiting news yet. However, FootballScoop reports that Scott Fountain, who was recently hired by Mississippi State, will return to UGA.

9:54am – 5-star CB Tyson Campbell is set to commit shortly. Watch the live feed via Periscope.

10:17am – 5-star CB Tyson Campbell has committed to Georgia!

10:44am – 4-star linebacker Otis Reese has flipped his commitment from Michigan to UGA!

11:48am – 5-star outside linebacker Quay Walker has flipped his commitment from Alabama to Georgia!

12:03pm – 4-star tight end Ryland Goede of Acworth, Georgia has committed to UGA for the class of 2019.

12:21pm – 2018 4-star wide receiver Tommy Bush of Schertz, Texas has committed to Georgia!

2:47pm – Tyson Campbell, Quay Walker, Tommy Bush, and Tramel Walthour have all officially signed with UGA!
