The Georgia Bulldogs at Georgia Tech basketball game on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 will be televised by ESPNU at Noon ET, ESPN announced on Tuesday.

The game will be the second for new UGA head coach Tom Crean at Tech’s McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta. Crean’s final game as head coach of Indiana resulted in a 75-63 loss to the Yellow Jackets in the first round of the NIT.

Before the Georgia Bulldogs begin their regular-season schedule, they will compete in two exhibition games. The first is at UAB on Thursday, Oct. 18, which is a charity game to benefit the Red Cross.

Georgia then hosts the West Georgia Wolves at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7:00pm ET. The game will be streamed via SEC Network Plus.

The Hoop Dawgs tip off the 2018-19 regular-season on Friday, Nov. 9 in Athens against the Savannah State Tigers. That game is set for an 8:30pm ET start, also on SEC Network Plus.

Highlights of Georgia’s 2018-19 slate include a trip to Temple (Nov. 13), the Cayman Islands Classic (Nov. 19-21), and home non-conference games against Arizona State (Dec. 15), Oakland (Dec. 18), UMass (Dec. 30), and Texas (Jan. 26).

Georgia begins SEC play on Saturday, Jan. 5 in Knoxville against the Tennessee Volunteers (3:30pm ET, SECN).
