The Georgia Bulldogs announced their full non-conference basketball schedule for 2020-21 on Thursday, which includes home games against Cincinnati, Northeastern and Samford.

Georgia will open their 2020-21 non-conference slate on Wednesday, November 25 at home in Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga., against Columbus State. Due to scheduling conflicts amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bulldogs will not play arch-rival Georgia Tech for the first time since the 1923-24 season.

The abbreviated non-conference schedule this season includes six more games that will each be played at Stegeman Coliseum: Gardner-Webb (Sunday, Nov. 29), Jacksonville (Friday, Dec. 4), Montana (Tuesday, Dec. 8), Samford (Saturday, Dec. 12), Cincinnati (Saturday, Dec. 19), and Northeastern (Tuesday, Dec. 22).

Georgia was previously scheduled to host Alcorn State on Dec. 29 and Memphis on Jan. 2, but those games will not be played this season.

Georgia’s 2020-21 SEC basketball schedule was released last week. The Bulldogs open conference play on Wednesday, December 30, at home against the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Other home opponents include Auburn, Kentucky, Florida, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Missouri, LSU, and South Carolina.

The Bulldogs will travel to play LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Auburn, Texas A&M, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee.

The 2021 SEC Basketball Tournament is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, March 10 and it will be played at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.
