Georgia remains first in College Football Playoff Rankings for Week 11
The Georgia Bulldogs have remained first in the College Football Playoff Rankings for Week 11 of the 2021 season released Tuesday evening by the CFP Selection Committee.
Georgia (9-0, 7-0 SEC) is followed by Alabama (2), Oregon (3), Ohio State (4), and Cincinnati (5).
The Bulldogs have beaten two teams that are currently ranked in the first College Football Playoff rankings — Auburn is No. 17 and Arkansas is No. 25. Kentucky was ranked 18th last week but fell out of the rankings following a 45-42 loss to Tennessee.
The Bulldogs also remain atop the AP Poll and USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll for the fifth consecutive week.
Georgia’s next game is on the road against the Tennessee Volunteers (5-4, 3-3) on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn. The game will be televised by CBS at 3:30pm ET.

The College Football Playoff Selection Committee will release their Top 25 rankings each week on Tuesday through Nov. 30. Below is the schedule of dates (all times Eastern):
- Tuesday, Nov. 16 – 7:00pm ET
- Tuesday, Nov. 23 – 7:00pm ET
- Tuesday, Nov. 30 – 7:00pm ET
- Sunday, Dec. 5 – Noon ET (Selection Day)
On Sunday, Dec. 5 at Noon ET, the College Football Playoff Selection Committee will announce the Playoff Semifinal pairings and semifinal bowl assignments. Those will be followed by the pairings for the remainder of the New Year’s Six bowl games.
